This is a team. A community. A room full of people choosing growth. We protect that energy at all costs.

Be Present

Sit where you feel strongest. Just keep the energy respectful…no texting, no talking over the instructor, and try to limit leaving the room.

Take breaks when you need them. Push when you can. Your class is yours.

Unplug

Please keep phones out of the studio room whenever possible.

If you absolutely need it, put it on DND and keep it tucked away.

For many Rhyders, this is their only moments of peace. Let’s protect that.

We Move Close

We are building something electric. We sweat together. We vibe together.

Please be mindful of heavy perfumes or overpowering scents; we’re in close quarters and strong smells can be distracting.

Deodorant = appreciated.

Late Policy

To keep the room focused and safe, doors lock once the class has started.

If you arrive after that window, you won’t be permitted to enter.

If you know you’re running late, call ahead. We’ll always do our best to accommodate.

Entering & Exiting During Class

We understand emergencies happen. If you must leave the room during class, please do so quietly and quickly.

We ask that you avoid leaving unless absolutely necessary, as it disrupts the energy and flow of the class.

If you’re feeling unwell, dizzy, or need assistance…signal the instructor immediately.

Safety always comes first.

Food & Drink

Water only in the studio room. No outside food or other beverages allowed.

This keeps the space clean, the floors safe, and the vibes strong.

Filmed Classes

Some classes may be recorded for promotional or on-demand use.

By participating, you acknowledge that you may appear in background footage.

We encourage you to move like you mean it, and stay present.

If you have concerns about being filmed, please notify staff before class.
